One uploaded audio or video file. You can re-download its subtitles any time without using another credit.
How does the free plan work?+
You get 5 translations and 10 library downloads — lifetime. When you run out, upgrade to Pro to keep going.
How fast is it?+
~10 minutes for a 2-hour video, end-to-end. Same speed on Free and Pro.
Do unused translations roll over?+
Yes, up to a 20-credit cap. Unused Pro credits carry over each month so a slow month isn't wasted, but balances don't grow forever. Cancel and you keep what's left in your current period.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Your Pro access stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do you offer refunds?+
We don't offer refunds, but you can cancel any time and keep Pro access until the billing period ends.
